By answering a few questions, users will be offered personalized clothing and accessories!

This is another step for Amazon in the area of shopping. A few days ago, Jeff Bezos' company unveiled the launch of its “Personal Shopper” service. This stylistic service reserved for Prime members will allow customers to find within the application a selection of clothing and accessories personalized, according to their style!

This announcement is not surprising. In 2018, Amazon launched “Prime Wardrobe”, a service that allows customers to try a selection of clothing at home and then pay for the parts they keep. The advantages? No shipping costs, return costs and a one-week delay to try and return the parts that do not fit. The concept is a hit in the United States and Personal Shopper is part of the service!

In the future, Amazon also wants to expand into men’s fashion. In total, the Personal Shopper feature will feature more than 500,000 items, including brands such as Adidas, Calvin Klein and Levi’s. The functionality costs $4.99/month.

Earlier this year, Amazon took another step in shopping by launching Stylesnap: a feature that allows you to find clothes with a photo. A handy addition, especially when looking for clothing worn by a celebrity or influencer.

Personal Shopper is currently only available in the United States. Users must open the app, search for “Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe” and start defining their profile by answering questions about their tastes, their favorite cuts.! Once this is done, Amazon designers will offer you personalized products. The more the functionality is used, the closer the clothing is to the user’s preferences.

When the user has found suitable parts, he makes his selection of items (maximum 8), via Prime Wardrobe and receives the clothes directly at his home to try them out and keep them or not.
